Brooks Morrow is an Associate Designer with extensive experience at Madewell and a diverse portfolio of freelance work for emerging brands. At Madewell, Brooks supports the design process from concept to completion, contributing to trend and concept research, sketch development, styling, and seasonal product execution.
In addition to design responsibilities, Brooks manages seasonal fabric and trim sourcing, creates tech packs and line plans in PLM, develops CAD recolors and print packages, and collaborates across teams to ensure seamless product development. Having successfully completed multiple seasons from initial concept through final production, Brooks is highly skilled at managing concurrent seasonal calendars while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and creative vision.
